Dependable and constantly high image quality is key in the creative industry. To satisfy this central requirement, the two new bizhub PROs make use of Konica Minolta’s very own, advanced colour processing technology S.E.A.D. II, which stands for “Screen-Enhancing Active Digital Process”. S.E.A.D. II includes such important capabilities as 1,200 dpi x 1,200 dpi x 8 bit print resolution, ITbit technology, density control and colour retention and stability (CRS) which guarantee exceptional colour reproduction at top speed, i.e. 60 colour pages per minute with the bizhub PRO C6000 and 71 pages with the bizhub PRO C7000.

Konica Minolta’s Simitri HD polymerised toner is another milestone on the way to exceptional prints in colour. Apart from positive ecological implications, the toner’s lower fusing temperatures allow the two bizhubs to support a wide range of media. Speaking of media, both bizhubs use Konica Minolta’s “air-assist” paper feeding technology that separates sheets and feeds them individually.
