Do you need your copier or printer repaired or serviced? At KPS we can look after all equipment from full sized office copiers to smaller office printers and scanners. No job is to large or to small.

We can also offer fully refurbished second hand copiers for all needs.

We can also offer short term rentals, along with free estimates and quotations.

The way our preventative maintenance program works is that we schedule service calls proactively. We know how many copies you produce on average each month. We also know approximately how many copies between service calls that each copier model averages. We schedule an appointment in advance with your dedicated technician, to perform service proactively at the proper interval. Most copier servicing involves cleaning, adjusting and replacing parts. We will replace parts as they wear, before the part actually fails or wears out.

Support

Our IT department is able to assist in networking your Copier/Printer, so you can get the most out of the machine. We can help install the machine as a printer, scanner, and fax depending on your model.

Our IT team can also help with those problems that cause an inconvenience such as not being able to print or scan that important job.

KPS offer a complete care service for your product which includes telephone support, remote support and on site support. No matter what your problem KPS are here to help. We have our own dedicated IT team who can work on your problems and even re-create your network in our virtual environment and test your problems in our test lab.
